LEGO® Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle 75104 Review

Kylo Ren's Shuttle measures 22X20X40, comes with 1005 pieces and costs $119.99. It also comes with 6 minifigures; Kylo Ren, General Hux, First Order Stormtrooper Officer, First Order Officer and 2 First Order Crew members. All of the minifigures are good but I think Kylo Ren's headpiece could have been better done. The accessories included are a blaster rifle, two blaster rifles, a hood that can replace Kylo Ren's headpiece, a pair of electrobinoculars, a spare spring-loaded shooter bolt and Kylo Ren's newly-moulded lightsaber which is simply fantastic. The ship itself looks very good as a model but, unfortunately, the wings don't fold at an angle. Instead of this, though, the wings can be extended and retracted for good storage and play value. The storage bays can be opened to load in your weapons and spare bolt. There is a pair of spring-loaded shooters at the bottom and an area to load in your minifigures. In this area there is a pilot's seat with some joysticks and consoles. The can be accessed by lifting a flap or by dropping an entrance hatch at the bottom. Finally, on the back there is a pair of jet boosters to allow the ship to fly. Overall, this is a nice set that has very good detail but, with a few extra tweaks, could be outstanding.
