LEGO® City Fire Station 60004 Review

The Fire Station is the largest of the fire sets costing $99.99 and coming with 752 pieces. However, I do think this is a bit prices and would be better at $89.99. It comes with 3 firefighters, a fire chief and a Dalmatian. The accessories included are a flaming box, firefighting equipment, axe, chainsaw, telephone, walkie-talkies and a cup. As well as the station, this set comes with three vehicles; a Fire Truck, a Fire Car and a Fire Helicopter. The truck measures 18X5X8cm and has space for a minifigure in the front. The ladder rotates and extends and there is space in the side for accessories as well as an extendable hose. The car measures 10X5X5cm and has clips on the sides for accessories. There is space for the minifigure in the front and the trunk opens to load some stuff in. The helicopter measures 18X16X8cm and has a nice design. There is space for a minifigure in the front and a water cannon on the side. The station itself measures 38X25X31cm and looks great. On the outside, there is a pavement, a bin and a street lamp. To the right, there are 2 garages to store the vehicles and a helipad on the roof for the helicopter. The garage doors open and there is a toolbox inside. To the right, there is a 3-storey building. The bottom floor has a desk with a computer and TV screen. The second floor has shelves with the equipment the firefighters need and the top floor has an eating area with a kitchen. Finally, there is a pole that the firefighters can slide down. In conclusion, I think this is a nice set with a fair amount of detail. I like the station and the vehicles fit in well. My only issues are that this is a bit expensive and there aren't really enough minifigures.
