The LEGO Flatiron Building costs $39.99 and includes 471 pieces making it 8.5 cents per piece and the third best value architecture set. It measures 8X11X15cm which is quite small for the price but has lots of detail that makes up for it. The base looks really nice with the nameplate tile and grey floor. LEGO have managed to nail the triangle shape with the three panels. They have got lovely glass and ledge details and the roof looks fantastic. The only flaw is where these panels meet as it looks a bit rough but I don't know how this could be fixed. Finally, like all architecture sets, the instruction booklet has some nice information about the real building. Overall, I really quite like this set. The curved triangle shape looks great and the everything is nice and smooth. This will look really nice on shelves and in LEGO collections.
