The LEGO Technic Cherry Picker costs $12.99 and comes with 155 pieces. It measures 14cm long, 5cm wide and 7cm high. It looks really good for the size. Transparent studs represent lights on the front and back and two mini seats in the cab. The only function with this set is the boom can lift up and down. This is operated via a knob at the back and the function works really smoothly. Like nearly all other Technic builds, this is a 2-in-1 set. The alternate build is a Tow Truck that all looks good except for the cab. This looks a bit odd with the curved shape but still has a seat inside. The function with this build is that by turning the knob, the boom, again, is raised and lowered. Overall, I think this is a very nice set for the price and, although the second build isn't perfect, LEGO have done well to make one with the amount of pieces. A nice gift for budding engineers or any other LEGO fans.
